Below is a list of answers to our frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isnt in this list please contact us.

Q: How do I link my buyer and seller(property) forms to my website so that potential buyers and sellers can fill in their data automatically?
A: You will receive it in your initial email when you first join. You can also access it from your "Buyers" and "Sellers" page by clicking on "Give me my link". You will go to a separate page containing a URL that you can copy and paste into your personal site.
 
Q: How will I know when a potential buyer or seller has filled out a form?
A: You will receive an email immediately after the form has been submitted. From your "My Hub" page you will also see a list of Buyers and Sellers that have been updated within the past week.
 
Q: What do I do with my "Forms" page?
A: This page allows you to upload commonly used files (documents,spreadsheets,slide shows or images) so you can access them from any computer that has internet access.
 
Q: How much space do I have to save files on my "Forms" page?
A: You can save up to 500KB.
 
Q: What is "File Tracker"?
A: "File Tracker" is a system for maintaining your "paper" file cabinets. If your business is booming, it can be difficult to keep folders in alphabetical order. This system allows you to assign your folders a number and then you can update "File Tracker" telling what each folder contains. With our search capabilities you will be able to find the folder you are looking for immediately without having to rearrange your cabniet every time you get a new "A".

For Example: Let's say you have 254 folders in your file cabinet and you just got a new tenant named John Adams. You put all of his papers in a folder, write "255" on the folder, make an entry into "File Tracker" for folder 255, and put the folder in the cabinet behind folder 254. Let's say a month down the road when you have 332 folders you want to pull information for John Adams. All you have to do is enter "Adams" in the search and all folders containing "Adams" will be listed allowing you to easily pull the right folder from your cabinet.
 
Q: What is "Quick Note"?
A: "Quick Note" allows you to "jot" down any ideas you might have so that you dont lose them (like you would if you wrote down a phone number on the back of a receipt and crammed it back in your wallet).
 
Q: How does "My Goals" work?
A: Everyone knows that goals (short term or long term) need to be written down. "My Goals" allows you to review your goals on a regular basis while you are working on myreporthub.com. They are listed out from your "My Hub" page.
 
Q: How does "My Links" work?
A: On your home computer you have probably saved all of your favorite websites as a "favorite". Let's say you are using the hotel computer while on vacation and would like to check out your favorite websites. By entering your favorite sites in "My Links" you dont have to memorize the URL.
 
Q: How often am I billed?
A: Once a month.
 
Q: Once I sign up, how soon until I can start using myreporthub.com?
A: Immediately.
